A tribute to the spirit of wild horses and burros

December 15th  will be 40 years, to the date, of the signing of the Free Roaming Wild Horse and Burro Act of 1971.

To commemorate this, and to say we will not give up the fight to keep our Wild Ones Free.  Let’s Keep Their Light Burning.

Please join us in a candle light vigil on Dec. 15th, at the corner of Hwy 160 and Hwy 372, (by the Nugget), in Pahrump at 5:30 pm.

The vigil will be from 6 – 7 pm

This National event is to remember all that Velma “Wild Horse Annie” Johnston did to help save our wild horses and burros, and also to remember all the Wild Ones we have lost, due to the under-handed control of the BLM.

Please RSVP ASAP.  So I will know how many candles I need to have.

Thank You, Priscilla Lane
